There’s an island in Japan, Miyajima, where deer roam free by the hundreds. This one was silently walking around with this kid for a few hours

This is very true.

So - according to this CNN story - the police are admitting that they identified Brown as the suspect in the robbery AFTER he was dead, right?  Yet they’re claiming the alleged robbery as the impetus for the shooting?  They are aware they’re full of shit, right?

We’re watching you motherfuckers.

They need to take a fiction writing course that addresses continuity errors. Have they mentioned how they went from Brown shoplifting a candy bar to this particular robbery? ‘Cause they were pretty certain about that candy bar.

“Quote”

President Nixon: How many did we kill in Laos? …

National Security Adviser Henry Kissinger: In the Laotian thing, we killed about ten, fifteen [thousand].

Nixon: See, the attack in the North [Vietnam] that we have in mind … power plants, whatever’s left – POL [petroleum], the docks … And, I still think we ought to take the dikes out now. Will that drown people?

Kissinger: About two hundred thousand people.

Nixon: No, no, no, I’d rather use the nuclear bomb. Have you got that, Henry?

Kissinger: That, I think, would just be too much.

Nixon: The nuclear bomb, does that bother you? … I just want you to think big, Henry, for Christsakes.

Look at the difference in headlines. And then look at the way in which the AP depicted Renisha McBride.

Even in death, we lose all humanity. Victim shaming knows no bounds.

She is a black woman, she has a name. Don’t ever forget it!

#RenishaMcBride
